Are you fed up with writing all your dog's details on every schedule , then worrying after you've sent it whether you put the right details down ?

Let me take that worry away from you with pre-printed self-adhesive strips with all your dog's details on it. All you have to do is cut one strip, peel off backing and attach to entry form. 18 labels per sheet.

It couldn't be easier!
